Similarly something like Bottle-Gnomes would gain infinite life. I couldn't find a good oracle search for this, but the oracle tags martyr and free_sacrifice_outlet alongside t:creature and mv<=3 should give every creature that works, alongside a lot of creatures that don't such as Auratog for not being able to sacrifice itself and Basal Thrull for needing haste in some way to sacrifice itself. Unfortunately things like Carrion Feeder are not listed as martyrs, otherwise it could be reasonably refined a fair amount.",
