"comment": "There are tons of different variants of this combo. For example if you had a Birgi, God of Storytelling, Storm-Kiln Artist, or similar effect then you wouldn't need mana vault. With just one it would open up to things like sol ring and any of the moxen whose conditions were met. With two of those types of effects, then any 0 cost or mana neutral ramp piece would do the trick, and so on. There are also other ways of reducing the tenth doctor's activation if you had the ability to copy a training ground or Biomancer's Familiar a couple of times.",
